Before MDLR Flow, I spent 15 years doing the same work inside Nokia, Microsoft and Liberty Global, leading digital and financial transformation programs across Europe. I've managed multi-country rollouts, built financial reporting systems from scratch, and driven adoption across distributed teams where getting people to actually use the thing was harder than building it.
At Liberty Global I replaced disconnected spreadsheets with automated workflows, cutting reporting time from 5 hours to 30 minutes.
In 2023 I left enterprise programs to do this work directly for smaller, owner-led businesses. The companies that don't have a 5-country rollout team, but have the exact same problems: manual processes, scattered data, decisions made on instinct because nobody has time to build the system.
