A person,
not a platform.
I spent over a decade inside large organizations — Microsoft, Nokia, Liberty Global — leading digital and financial transformation programs across Europe. I've managed multi-country rollouts, built financial reporting systems from scratch, and driven adoption across distributed teams where getting people to actually use the thing was harder than building it.
At Liberty Global I replaced disconnected spreadsheets with automated workflows, cutting reporting time from 5 hours to 30 minutes. At Microsoft I built the hands-on Azure adoption program that helped SMBs across Central Europe actually use the cloud — not just buy it.
In 2023 I left enterprise programs to do this work directly for smaller, owner-led businesses. The companies that don't have a 5-country rollout team, but have the exact same problems: manual processes, scattered data, decisions made on instinct because nobody has time to build the system.
MDLR Flow exists to bring enterprise-grade discipline — audit trails, measurable outcomes, governance — to businesses that enterprise consultants never call on.

Working philosophy.
Start with the problem, not the technology.
Every engagement begins with understanding what's actually happening in your business — the work, the friction, the bottlenecks. The AI comes last, not first.
Adoption is part of the design.
AI that your team can't or won't use is worthless. We treat adoption as a design constraint from the start — not an afterthought bolted on at the end.
AI-augmented, not AI-autonomous.
We're not trying to replace your people. We're trying to remove the work that prevents them from doing their best work. The goal is always a stronger, more capable business — with the same people in it.
