MDLR Flow is registered in the Netherlands and operates under Dutch and EU law.
MDLR Flow ("we", "us", "our") provides AI consultancy services to small and medium-sized businesses. This policy explains what personal data we collect through mdlrflow.com, why, and how we handle it under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Contact form / intake submissions: name, email, company name, and any details you submit (e.g. through our Scout intake tool).
Email correspondence: if you email us directly.
Website analytics: pages visited, approximate location (country/city level), device and browser type, referral source — collected only after cookie consent.

We do not collect special categories of data (health, religion, etc.) and do not knowingly collect data from minors.
We do not sell your data. We may share it with processors that support our operations (e.g. hosting provider, email/CRM tools, analytics provider, automation tools such as Zapier/Make/n8n where relevant to a client engagement), and with authorities where legally required. All processors are bound by data processing agreements where applicable.
If any processor is located outside the EU/EEA, we ensure an appropriate safeguard is in place (e.g. EU Standard Contractual Clauses).
Enquiry/intake data: up to 24 months from last contact, unless a client relationship continues.
Email correspondence: retained as needed for business records.
Analytics data: per the retention settings of our analytics provider (typically 14–26 months).
Financial records: retained per Dutch statutory requirements (7 years).
Under GDPR, you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, request correction or deletion, restrict or object to processing, data portability, withdraw consent at any time, and lodge a complaint with the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens (Dutch Data Protection Authority).

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures (HTTPS, access controls, minimal data retention) to protect your data.
We may update this policy periodically. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
