Where to start
Most AI advice starts with the tool. Map starts with your business: a short questionnaire, half a day together with the people who actually run things, and a written roadmap of where AI will pay off — before you spend anything building it.

Here's what actually happens. Before we meet, you'll get a short questionnaire — nothing elaborate, just the basics of how your business runs today. I use that, plus my own research into your business and sector, to walk in already informed instead of spending your half-day getting up to speed. The session itself is half a day, with you and whoever actually makes the calls in your business — not a workshop with fifteen people, just the ones who need to be there. Afterward, a short follow-up questionnaire closes anything we didn't get to live. What you get back, within 5 working days, is a written, prioritised roadmap — not a slide deck, something you can actually act on. Once you've read it, we sit down for an hour of Planning and decide together what comes first.

Half a day with you and whichever stakeholders actually make the calls, walking through where time and money are going, and where AI could genuinely help.

One written document, built from the questionnaires, my background research and the session: what's worth doing first, what to leave alone, and why.
Planning call
An hour together once you've read the roadmap. We go through it and pick what comes first.

What does Map cost?
A fixed €1,600. It covers the background research, the half-day session, the written roadmap and the Planning call. No hourly billing, no surprises.
How soon do I get the roadmap?
Within 5 working days of our session.
Do I have to buy anything else afterward?
No. Map ends with the roadmap and an hour of Planning where we pick what comes first. Whether you do it with me is your call. If you do, half the Map fee (€800) is credited toward it.
